We are now looking for a hands-on growth leader who can build a disciplined demand-generation engine and help convert targeted school audiences into demos, pilots, and paying customers.


Role Summary


We are looking for a Growth Manager – Performance Marketing & Demand Generation to lead performance-led acquisition for Beanstalkedu’s school-facing growth engine, primarily across aKadmy and Teeny Beans in India.


This role is for someone who is highly execution-oriented, data-driven, and commercially sharp. You will not be managing “marketing for vanity”; you will be responsible for generating qualified demand that directly supports revenue goals.

You will work closely with the founder, sales team, inside sales team, onboarding specialists, and creative team to improve:


  • lead quality
  • demo volume
  • cost per qualified lead
  • landing-page conversion
  • retargeting performance
  • funnel efficiency from enquiry to demo


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Generate qualified leads for:
  • aKadmy school demos
  • Teeny Beans founder enquiries
  • selected B2B offerings where relevant
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and campaign funnels to improve conversion
  • Own remarketing and lead-nurture flows across email, WhatsApp, and CRM-linked outreach
  • Work closely with inside sales and BDMs to ensure fast lead follow-up and clean funnel handoff
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and improve CPL, CPQL, and demo-booking efficiency
  • Run city-focused or audience-specific campaigns aligned to commercial priorities
  • Support webinar, event, and founder-led campaign funnels
  • Build reporting dashboards for marketing-to-sales funnel performance
  • Coordinate with the designer and digital marketing executives on ad creatives, campaign assets, and testing
  • Drive A/B testing on creatives, messaging, forms, and landing pages
  • Use customer insights, campaign data, and sales feedback to improve targeting and messaging
  • Ensure brand-level discipline, especially in keeping messaging audience-specific across aKadmy and Teeny Beans, in line with brand architecture principles.

What We’re Looking For


  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven ability to generate and optimize B2B leads or education/service leads with measurable ROI
  • Strong understanding of landing pages, funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Comfort working closely with sales teams and owning pipeline-linked metrics
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to write clear briefs for creatives, landing pages, and campaigns
  • High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-moving founder-led environment
  • Strong preference for candidates who have worked in:
  • edtech
  • SaaS
  • education services
  • franchise / founder-acquisition funnels
  • school or parent-facing businesses


Nice to Have


  • Experience in B2B SaaS or school-tech marketing
  • Experience marketing to schools, preschool founders, or educators
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, CRM tools, and lead automation
  • Experience managing webinar or event-led demand generation
  • Ability to work with lean teams and operate with strong commercial accountability
