Technical Developer - Claude Code Hobbyist

We are looking for developers / sr. developers turned Claude Code Hobbyists building and breaking claude code for fun.

You're building because you can't stop. You've broken Claude Code in ways that taught you something. Rebuilt your CLAUDE.md from scratch at least once. Stayed up debugging an MCP server that had no reason to matter this much. You have a working theory about when to let the agent run and when to pull it back because you learnt the hard way.

What We're Doing:

Amotion AI runs AI transformation programs for enterprise clients across GCC, India and Southeast Asia. We need passionate people who can stand in front of a room of developers and say \"Here's how to use Claude and here's how not to use\"

Select candidates will lead our training led AI transformation projects either delivered remotely or in person. Each project can span from a few weeks to a few months and engagement will be based on project that you choose to own and lead.

Who we are looking for:

You are a 3 to 5 years experienced developer (Frontend / backend / devops / mobile / flutter) turned Claude Hobbyists, running Claude code in 10+ terminals every day. You've configured your CLAUDE.md at more than one level and have a reason for every line in it.

You've run a long sessions and noticed Claude's output quality shift before it caused a real problem — and you caught it.

You've set up an MCP server because the capability you needed didn't exist out of the box.

You've written a task definition that an agent can execute over 20+ steps without drifting. You know why a long prompt falls apart where a proper spec doesn't.

As a part of the interview you will be asked to showcase your Claude code terminal setup and coding practices.
