About the Company\n\nSecure Meters Limited is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – MEP to join our EM&E team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and coordinating high-quality BIM models, ensuring project accuracy and efficient collaboration across disciplines.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nSecure Meters Limited is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – MEP to join our EM&E team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and coordinating high-quality BIM models, ensuring project accuracy and efficient collaboration across disciplines.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCreate and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools\nGenerate drawings, schedules, and BOQs (quantity take-offs) from BIM models\nPerform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and BIM 360\nCollaborate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts\nContinuously update BIM models based on design revisions and project requirements\nEnsure models meet LOD 400–450 standards and comply with project BIM guidelines\nMaintain model quality, accuracy, and documentation standards\n\nQualifications\n\nB.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong proficiency in:\nAutodesk Revit\nNavisworks\nBIM 360\nExperience in Clash Detection & Coordination\nKnowledge of LOD 400–450 standards\nUnderstanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nNone specified\n\nPay range and compensation package\n\nFTC (Fixed Term – 2 Years)\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\n\nSecure Meters Limited is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
