Role Description

This is a full time onsite role for a Gen AI / LLM Backend Developer. The developer will design, implement, and maintain backend systems that leverage generative AI and large language models. Responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and deploying AI/LLM-based services, integrating APIs, ensuring scalability and security, and troubleshooting system issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with business goals will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in backend development using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
• Proficiency in designing and integrating APIs for seamless integration of AI/ML components
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of data pipelines, distributed systems, and database management
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills for backend systems
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with MLOps and tools for deploying AI/ML models is a plus
• Prior experience in developing AI-driven or data-centric software solutions is an advantage
