Shift - Permanent Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Reporting To - CEO / Director – Sales

Experience Required - Minimum 10+ Years of Relevant Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performance sales teams.


This is not a traditional sales management role.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, increasing customer value, and building a culture of accountability and performance.


The successful candidate will lead sales operations across multiple business verticals and work closely with leadership to achieve ambitious growth targets.


Key Objective of the Role

Drive revenue growth by maximizing sales performance, improving conversion efficiency, increasing multi-product adoption, and building a world-class sales organization.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive growth across multiple sales verticals.
  • Improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build forecasting models and revenue plans.


Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Agents.
  • Create a high-performance sales culture focused on results and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention.


Performance Management & Accountability

  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs.
  • Conduct Daily Sales Reviews and Weekly Business Reviews.
  • Hold leaders accountable for achieving targets.
  • Identify underperformance and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure sales goals are translated into individual and team objectives.


Sales Process Excellence

  • Optimize sales processes and workflows.
  • Improve lead management and follow-up systems.
  • Enhance sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Partner with Quality and Training teams to improve performance.
  • Ensure CRM adoption and compliance.


Multi-Product & Cross-Sell Growth

Drive revenue across multiple product categories including:

  • Energy
  • Connectivity
  • Insurance
  • Finance
  • Home Services
  • Travel

Focus on increasing:

  • Products per customer
  • Average revenue per customer
  • Customer lifetime value
  • Cross-sell conversion rates


Reporting & Business Intelligence

Monitor and analyze:

  • Sales Per Lead
  • Cross-Sell Performance

Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.


Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Participate in hiring and onboarding sales talent.
  • Identify high-potential employees for leadership development.
  • Create structured coaching and development plans.
  • Build future sales leadership capabilities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

Ensure alignment between lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales performance.


Mandatory Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years leading sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience managing teams of 100+ sales professionals.
  • Experience in inside sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or performance-driven sales environments.
