About AND Academy:\nAND Academy, an initiative by IIAD in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, London, offers professional design education that breaks away from traditional models, integrating live interaction with industry-focused training.\n\nJob Description:\nOversee video projects from pre-production through post-production, ensuring they are completed on time.\nOversee editing, color correction, sound design, animation, and final output to maintain brand standards and quality.\nEdit video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.\nCreate engaging motion graphics to elevate videos and presentations.\nCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure video content aligns with branding and communication strategies.\nEnsure the timely delivery of all video editing and graphic design projects.\nDevelop conceptual and stylistic approaches for video projects and campaigns.\nCreate animations and graphics that are aesthetically pleasing and fully represent the brief.\nResponsible for establishing the conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n2–3 years of formal work experience in video production, editing, or a related field\nGraduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution\nProficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and AI tools\nProven experience in video editing and motion graphics design\nStrong creativity, storytelling skills, and attention to detail\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams\n\nWhy Join Us?\nOpportunity to work on exciting creative campaigns\nCollaborative and dynamic work environment\nGrowth-oriented culture with room for innovation\n\nWork Timings :\n9.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)\n10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off\n\nWork Location :\nB-26, Okhla Phase – I, New Delhi - 110020\n\nInterested candidates can share their resume and portfolio at\[email protected]
