Position: Project Architect

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm

Location: Kolkata / Bhubaneswar

Radiant Engineering is a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy providing comprehensive design, planning, and project management support services, including PMC, PMU, and PMA assignments for various Government departments and public sector projects across India.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute/university
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software applications
• Knowledge of building codes, development regulations, by-laws, and statutory approval processes
• Experience in heritage projects is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of conceptual, schematic, and detailed working drawings
• Prepare and deliver presentations before clients
• Attend client meetings within West Bengal and other states as required
• Participate in site visits for design coordination and execution support
• Maintain design documentation, drawing registers, and project records systematically
