You want to own design end to end, from research to a live, breathing product.\nWhat You'll Do\nTalk to users, understand their journeys, and let real behavior — not assumptions — guide your design decisions.\nBuild and evolve the design system so the product stays consistent and scalable as it grows.\nWork hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Business to turn messy, complex problems into simple, delightful experiences.\nHave a seat at the table during ideation and prioritization, not just execute, but shape what gets built and why.\nUse data and usability signals to keep raising the design bar across the team.\nRun design reviews and critiques that actually make the work better.\nThink beyond your immediate surface area. Spot opportunities, propose new directions, and champion design across the org.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience designing digital products.\nA clear understanding of both short-term priorities and the longer-term vision for the product and business.\nA strong foundation in user-centered design and visual design principles, with a natural inclination toward user research, needs validation, and usability evaluation.\nAn appreciation for behavioral analytics and the ability to lean on data when making design decisions.\nEnough familiarity with frontend engineering principles to have meaningful conversations with developers and guide technical trade-offs.\nClear, confident communication and presentation skills, you can articulate the reasoning behind your design choices to both your team and leadership with equal ease.
