reporting to the Manager , this full-time and permanent position is based in Indore , India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its’ growth.\n\nKey responsibilities:\nThis role assists the Valuation Team to comply with their key responsibilities: Validation of the fund’s investment values and NAV oversight.\nThe ideal candidate will support our risk management function by ensuring the accurate and timely input of financial and risk-related data, maintaining reporting templates, performing validation checks, and contributing to the integrity of our risk monitoring process. Prior experience in risk management or financial data processing is an advantage, but not mandatory.\nRisk Data Management:\nInput and update portfolio risk metrics, exposures, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) with precision and accuracy. Maintain and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for risk monitoring.\nReport Preparation:\nPopulate risk reports and dashboards based on predefined templates and specifications.\nEnsure accurate data mapping from source systems to final reports.\nDeal Review & Pre-Trade Support:\nSupport the Luxembourg team by preparing pre-trade compliance checks, preparing deal review checklists, drafting AIFM Investment Committee Minutes.\nSupport the Luxemboug team by populating the risk reports data set.\nQuality Assurance & Testing:\nPerform validation checks on data inputs to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.\nTest and review new report formats or system enhancements to ensure data integrity.\nData Integrity & Compliance:\nConduct regular data audits to ensure completeness and accuracy\nSupport the team in ensuring reporting outputs meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.\nCollaboration & Communication: Work closely with the risk management team to align on data requirements and priorities.\nLiaise with other operational teams to ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting.\n\nKey requirements\n\nThe incumbent should be MBA, CA/CMA Inter, Postgraduate with 0-2 years of experience.\nFluent in English, both spoken and written.\nReady to work in a European time-zone environment.\nExperience in SQL queries or Python coding will be a big plus\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data tools or risk systems is a plus.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.\nProgress towards or interest in professional certifications such as CFA or FRM will be considered an asset.\nExposure to financial risk management processes and systems in a global asset management environment.\n\nCompany Benefits:\nAt our Vistra India office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
