Job Overview
We are looking for an Instructional Designer with good knowledge of E-Learning Video Editor experience to support the creation of learning videos. The role focuses on reviewing scripts for simplicity , aligning voice-over with slides , and recording screen videos that visually guide learners through the content.
The ideal candidate should be able to simplify concepts , ensure smooth synchronization between slides and narration , and highlight key elements on screen during the learning video .

- Salary range: 25,000 to 40,000 INR
- 6-month contract

- Committed to completing the assignment (review the script, suggest edits as mentioned above, and record a video)

Your Deliverables ( Key Responsibilities)
- Script Review: Learner-friendly language, beginners pacing, and technical fact-checking for DevOps, Cloud and AI topics.
- Slides & Infographics: DevOps architecture diagrams, pipeline visuals, and strong visual hierarchy throughout the course.
- AI Audio Generation: Pronunciation quality control, screen recordings with on-screen annotations, live terminal and tool demonstrations, and hands-on execution examples.
- Video Production & Editing: Timeline setup, audio enhancement, callouts and highlights, transitions, color grading, and final rendering according to Udemy specifications.
Required Skills
- Experience creating e-learning or training videos
- Ability to simplify instructional content
- Experience with screen recording and video editing tools (Camtasia, Loom, ScreenFlow, any tool etc.)
- Attention to detail to ensure voice-over and visuals are perfectly aligned
- Basic understanding of instructional design or learning content structure
