Job Responsibilities
- Individual contributor role focused on online subscription sales over the phone to clients based in Australia.
- Make 100–150 outbound sales calls daily to Australian customers investing in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
- Generate sales by promoting subscription packages to prospective clients.
- Assist existing customers by addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain and manage call leads, schedule follow-ups, and convert potential leads into sales.
- Share invoices and provide after-sales support via phone and email.
- Maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports of work completed.
Candidate Profile

Experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Customer Service
- Collections
- Upselling
