Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, using standardized tools and clinical observation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and monitoring progress with clear documentation. The role involves educating clients, families, and caregivers on home-based strategies, collaborating with other healthcare and education professionals, and participating in case discussions and team meetings. The Speech Therapist will also maintain accurate records, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and stay current with best practices and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning.
  • Clinical experience working with Speech and Communication Disorders across different age groups.
  • Knowledge of Language Disorders and evidence-based language intervention techniques.
  • Experience in evaluating and managing Dysphagia, with an understanding of swallowing safety and related protocols.
  • Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant licensure/registration as required.
  • Effective interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to work sensitively with clients and families.
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with basic clinical reporting and record-keeping tools.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload, and prioritize tasks in a clinical setting.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing learning, supervision, and professional development activities.
