Job Description

Apply now: https://forms.office.com/r/BnWfPMNcmY\n\nThe Role\nYou are, at your core, a full-stack engineer . You happen to be deeply fluent in the marketing and sales technology stack — HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics — because you have spent years building production systems that integrate them. And you have spent the last cycle of your career going hands-on with agentic AI: shipping Claude-based systems, designing guardrails, and operating evaluation frameworks for LLM applications in production.\n\nYour day-to-day deliverable is agents and tools in production — Claude-based agents, low-code agents, and the orchestration and integration layers that make HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 and our content systems work together intelligently and at speed.\nYou will build and deploy independently.

You will also work alongside our engineering colleagues and other techno marketers to guide, unblock, and amplify ongoing work across the marketing and sales technology surface. The role is part-builder, part-multiplier.\n\nWhat You Will Build in Your First Six Months\nA Sales Copilot for our UK utilities accounts — signal capture across customer experience, outage and field events, billing pressure and digital transformation, going from prototype to live deployment.\nThe agentic layer over our HubSpot–Salesforce data fabric — the integration architecture is decided; you will build, deploy and operate the agents and workflows that run on top of it, ensuring lead, contact, account and engagement data flow as one source of truth that agents can reason against.\nA library of reusable Claude skills for the marketing function — content generation, briefs, analysis, reporting — so leverage compounds across the team rather than getting trapped in one person’s head.\nThe eval and guardrail layer under everything we ship — prompt versioning, output monitoring, PII handling against our internal data classification regime, regression testing.\nGA4 and measurement plumbing — event taxonomy, conversion modelling, BigQuery export, attribution surfaces — that feed agents the right signals to act on.\n\nWhat You Will Own\nThe end-to-end build, deployment and operation of agentic systems across marketing and sales.\nThe integration plumbing between HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 and our content and data systems — both the connectors themselves and the ongoing health of how data flows through them.\nGuardrails, evals, observability and prompt lifecycle management for everything you ship.\nInternal tooling — prototypes that become production tools used by the GTM organisation.\nThe technical relationship with platform owners, with our Engineering & Technology Office, and with the marketing and sales leaders who consume what you build.\n\nWhat You Bring\nCore profile\nA full-stack software engineer with 6+ years of production experience. Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Comfortable end-to-end: backend services, APIs, frontend (React or equivalent), data layer, deployment, observability.\nMarketing Analytics Depth — attribution modelling, MTA/MMM, audience design.\nMandatory platform expertise\nHubSpot Marketing Hub — properties, lifecycle stages, custom objects, sequences, custom reports, workflows, connectors and integrations. You can architect a HubSpot instance or guide a HubSpot admin to build what your systems need.\nSalesforce — objects, flows, integration patterns. You understand why Lead and Contact are different objects and what that means for handoff design.\nGoogle Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — event taxonomy, conversion setup, BigQuery export, audience builds.\nIntegration across all three — you have built or operated production integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce and an analytics layer.

You understand sync conflicts, dedup, identity resolution, and event-level data flow.\nMandatory AI / agent expertise\nExpert-level Claude user — Skills, Projects, MCP, tool use, sub-agents, workflow design. You have shipped Claude-based systems that real people use, not just demos.\nHands-on experience designing and operating guardrails and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems in production.\nWorking experience with low-code agent platforms (Lyzr, n8n, Zapier AI, or similar).
