Job Description

You will be part of the high-performing Procurement team responsible for supporting end-to-end Procurement and Vendor Management processes. The key deliverables include:\n\nProcurement Support & Execution\nSupport the development and execution of procurement strategies for categories such as office supplies, facilities management, HR services, travel, transport, employee insurance, corporate functions, and IT (hardware, software, licenses).\nManage sourcing activities by identifying, evaluating, and engaging potential suppliers while ensuring adherence to procurement policies and processes.\nConduct market research to understand supply trends, vendor capabilities, and pricing across procurement categories.\nPrepare vendor evaluation reports, commercial comparisons, and procurement recommendations.\nSupport cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure timely processing and execution of procurement requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders.\nVendor Management\nDevelop and maintain effective vendor relationships while ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.\nTrack and monitor vendor performance metrics and proactively address performance-related concerns.\nSupport vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes.\nCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolution of operational issues.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Administration, and Business teams to support procurement requirements.\nGather stakeholder requirements and ensure alignment between procurement objectives and business needs.\nProvide regular updates and visibility on procurement activities, sourcing initiatives, and vendor performance.\nPrepare dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders highlighting procurement performance, costs, and improvement opportunities.\nProcess Excellence & Reporting\nMaintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and sourcing trackers.\nSupport procurement governance, compliance, and audit requirements.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices within the procurement function.\nGenerate procurement analytics and reports to support decision-making.\n\n8–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.\nStrong experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.\nProficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).\nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and functions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with procurement tools and systems.\nUnderstanding of vendor management, sourcing, and contract management processes.\nExperience handling indirect procurement categories including IT, facilities, travel, HR services, insurance, and corporate services.\nExperience with import/export documentation.\nStrong communication and relationship management skills.\nExperience working in an agile environment.\nSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.\nPrior experience in the banking or finance domain is an advantage.
