Job Title: NPD Project Manager

Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused NPD Project Manager to manage end-to-end new product development and packaging changeover projects. The role will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely project execution, and enabling seamless commercialization in a fast-paced skincare/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive multiple NPD and packaging changeover projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, packaging, sourcing, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using project management methodologies such as Critical Path Method, Gantt Charts, and Waterfall approach.
• Ensure on-time project delivery through continuous stakeholder engagement and proactive follow-ups.
• Track project progress, maintain project trackers/MIS, and highlight bottlenecks or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Support commercialization and launch readiness activities for new product introductions and packaging transitions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and operational alignment across projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and execution frameworks.
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability.
• Exposure to skincare, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in NPD coordination, project management, commercialization, or cross-functional operations roles.
• Familiarity with project management charts like Critical Path Method, Gantt Charts, and Waterfall approach is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in skincare, beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry preferred.
• Candidate should demonstrate high intent, ownership, and execution energy.
