Job Description

T3RA Logistics, a leading freight brokerage company, is seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead our our marketing initiatives. This role focuses on designing and executing cold email campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and engaging existing leads to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). The ideal candidate will be highly accountable, detail-oriented, and possess deep knowledge of B2B email marketing strategies and logistics industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Email Campaigns: Design, develop, and execute targeted cold email campaigns to thousands of B2B leads, crafting compelling messaging to generate high-quality MQLs.
  • Lead Engagement: Create and manage email nurturing sequences to engage existing leads, building trust and moving them through the funnel to convert into SQLs.
  • Content Creation: Write persuasive, industry-specific email copy, including subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action, tailored to logistics and freight brokerage audiences.
  • Accountability: Take full ownership of email campaign performance, monitoring key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimizing strategies with minimal supervision.
  • Data Management: Maintain and segment lead databases to ensure accurate targeting, compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and high deliverability rates.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on email elements (e.g., subject lines, content, timing) to improve engagement and conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align email campaigns with business goals, ensuring seamless handoff of SQLs to the sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on logistics industry trends and competitor strategies to craft relevant and impactful email content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in logistics, freight brokerage, or a related industry, with a proven track record of generating MQLs and SQLs.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly) and CRM systems (e.g.Zoho).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, persuasive, and professional email content.
  • Proficiency in email analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Solid understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and funnel management.
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
