Real Estate Sales Executive (Channel Partner Firm)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Real Estate Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our channel partner sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, coordinating with developers, and converting prospects into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls and digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Schedule and conduct site visits.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a sales pipeline.
Coordinate with developers' sales teams for inventory, pricing, and offers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and booking goals.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate projects is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Own vehicle preferred.
