Parman is looking for a Jewellery Brand & Collection Strategist with proven industry experience to help position, launch and scale our upcoming collections.
We are looking for someone who has worked closely with jewellery brands before and understands how the category actually sells in India. This role is for a strategist who brings real market insight, not just creative ideas. You should have successfully helped launch, position or scale jewellery collections, product lines or brands before.
Parman has multiple new collections in development. We need someone who can help us decide how each collection should be positioned, priced, presented, launched, placed and marketed for the strongest commercial return.
This is not a social media role.
This is a strategy role for someone who understands jewellery as product, desire, styling, gifting, pricing, category behaviour, launch timing and brand value.
What You’ll Work On- Study upcoming Parman collections and define the strategic role of each one
- Build clear positioning for every collection
- Identify the target customer, occasion, price role and emotional hook
- Recommend hero products, entry products and commercial drivers
- Shape launch angles, campaign hooks and collection stories
- Plan launch sequencing across website, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, PR, influencers, ads and events
- Suggest product placement across homepage, collection pages, campaigns and retail/exhibition opportunities
- Help decide which collections deserve stronger investment and which should be tested organically
- Bring industry insight on trends, consumer behaviour, pricing, gifting, styling and premium jewellery positioning in India
- Help the team build launches that are creative, strategic and ROI-led
- Proven experience working with jewellery brands
- Experience successfully launching, positioning or scaling jewellery collections, product lines or brands
- Strong understanding of the Indian jewellery consumer
- Ability to think both creatively and commercially
- Experience with collection launches, category strategy, merchandising, brand positioning or product storytelling
- Strong taste level and understanding of premium jewellery presentation
- Ability to identify what should lead, what can sell and what should be deprioritised
- Experience with silver, demi-fine, fashion jewellery or premium accessories is a strong advantage
- Experience with D2C, retail, exhibitions, influencer-led launches or ecommerce jewellery growth is a plus

We are looking for someone who can connect industry insight, product, positioning, launch strategy and revenue .
This will be a project-based or consultant engagement , starting with strategy for upcoming Parman collections. Scope and duration can be discussed based on experience and fit.
