Responsibilities:

%CF; Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.

%CF; Ensure that students enjoy the course!

%CF; Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

%CF; Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

%CF; Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

%CF; Conduct group and private lessons as required.

%CF; Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required:

%CF; Formal education in Arts(Painting/Drawing/Sketching).

%CF; Strong subject knowledge.

%CF; Experience in teaching Arts.

%CF; Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)

%CF; Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus.

Skills Required:

%CF; Good English Communication Skills.

%CF; Must have experience in online teaching.

%CF; Must have a Laptop/Desktop with fully functional camera setup.

%CF; Must have access to strong internet services (Wi-Fi not mobile Hotspot) and reliable power backup source.

%CF; Comfortable in teaching children.

%CF; Should be available for teaching 6 days a week.

%CF; Engages students in learning

%CF; Passion for making learning fun!

%CF; Should be comfortable working in US/UAE time shift(s).

Salary Standard for Middle East hrs 8PM - 9PM

1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo

26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Salary Standard for Middle East hrs 9PM - 12AM

1-25 Sessions : Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 80/- per demo

26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

81 & above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day

For 1st month Rs 4000

2nd month Rs 8000

3rd month Rs 12000
