Performance Marketing Executive — Noida (On-site)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive based at our Noida office (H-32, Sector 63). You will own paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTube Ads — driving qualified leads, webinar registrations, and customer sign-ups for MBG Card and partner brands. The role is hands-on inside ad accounts: building campaigns, launching tests, reading data daily, and scaling what works. You will work closely with the creative team on ad assets, the funnel team on landing pages, and the sales team on lead quality feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), and YouTube Ads
  • Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting (custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based, in-market), and creative rotation
  • Build and maintain campaign architecture — ABO testing structures, CBO scaling campaigns, retargeting funnels, and lookalike scaling stacks
  • Monitor and report on key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPL, CPR, ROAS, frequency, audience saturation, and creative fatigue (14-day refresh windows)
  • Coordinate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives — static, carousel, reel, and video formats
  • Implement and validate conversion tracking — Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion uploads
  • Run weekly performance reviews, surface insights, and propose next-test hypotheses backed by data
  • Maintain ad account hygiene — naming conventions, learning phase management, policy compliance, and account health

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — agency or in-house
  • Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of at least ₹3–5 lakh with documented CPL/ROAS improvements
  • Strong working knowledge of YouTube Ads (TrueView, In-Stream, Discovery, Shorts) and audience-building for video funnels
  • Practical understanding of conversion tracking — Meta Pixel + CAPI, GTM, GA4, UTM discipline
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookup formulas, basic cohort analysis
  • Ability to read account data and make confident optimization decisions without waiting for instructions
  • Familiarity with the Indian SMB landscape and Tier 1–3 market behavior is a strong plus
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications are a bonus
