.Project Tracking: Identify high-value infrastructur

eprojects (warehouses, cold storages, clean room

sindustrial sheds) and track them from the tenderin

.Key Account Management: Build and nurtur

erelationships with top-tier clients, Industrial / PEB

,Warehousing, Cold Chain, Pharma, EMS, infrastructur

.Contract Negotiations: Lead complex price negotiations
