Role Title: Sales Business Enablement Specialist
Position Summary:
In order to increase face-to-face selling time for Business Development Executives (BDE), the Sales Enablement Specialist will provide data collection, compilation, and analytics to assist in the identification, development and nurturing of prospective clients. Ensure that the BDE has the requisite data, knowledge and resources to efficiently and effectively drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with approximately 4-8 assigned BDEs to assist them in qualifying prospects by conducting market research on the company, industry segment, strategic players and current insurance arrangements. This would include gathering competitive market intelligence and may include calls to confirm contacts at a prospect organization.
- Develop customized occupancy specific initial call preparation materials as well as research meeting packets for the BDE to use to support the development of the prospect and to promote the value of a relationship with FM. Ensure that data is drawn from country sources and deployed in the preferred language of the prospect.
- Develop, implement and track results of lead nurturing campaigns via email for inactive prospects (e.g., Above Funnel). This will include executing and managing direct marketing campaigns (e.g., clutter busters, e-newsletters, brochures and systematic “pinging”) to support development of new business opportunities.
- Assist the BDE in the development of prospect proposals and prospects requests for information.
- Assist the BDE with developing and managing a social media presence and accessing relevant information on prospects.
Skill and Experience:
- 2 years of experience required to perform essential job functions.
- Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 2-4 years experience in business or market research or equivalent; Business/prospect analysis experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other
- Business Development Specialists and assigned Business Development Executives
- Thorough knowledge of the complete suite of Microsoft products
- Experience with CRM systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics) a plus.
- Proven experience mining the web and familiarity with social networking tools
- Proven ability to multitask and establish priorities
- Ability to be proactive, goal oriented and collaborative
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Fluency in multiple languages
Must Have Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of the complete suite of Microsoft products, experience with CRM systems, experience mining the web and familiarity with social networking tools, converting data into actionable insights
Education and Certifications:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required.
