Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts for EdTech campaigns.
• Edit raw footage from virtual classes, camera shoots, and recordings into polished, engaging short-form videos optimized for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and special effects using Adobe suite tools.
• Lead creative strategy sessions, track trends like AR/VR, whiteboard animations, and 360° videos to keep content cutting-edge.
• Manage end-to-end multimedia projects—from conception to delivery—ensuring deadlines and quality for educational storytelling.
• Oversee a small team to deliver on-time, high-impact videos that drive learner engagement and brand growth.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-5 years as Video Editor/Producer, ideally in EdTech, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus for Final Cut Pro.
• Proven short-form storytelling skills (cuts, transitions, timing, sound/visual sync) for social media.
• Experience managing production for stills/video, multitasking projects, and staying ahead of trends (animation, AR/VR, immersive video).
• Strong English communication, team collaboration, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
