Hiring a Full-Time Piano & Western Vocal Faculty at Urban Raga, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled musician to join our team as a Full-Time Piano & Western Vocal Instructor.

Urban Raga is a leading Performing Arts & Learning Centre dedicated to nurturing musicians of all ages through structured, performance-driven music education. Since 2008, we have been providing professional training in Piano, Guitar, Drums, Violin, Keyboard, and Vocals through certified curricula, experienced faculty, and regular performance opportunities. With centres across Bangalore and Shillong, our mission is to inspire creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for music.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music (Piano, Vocals, or related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Piano and/or Western Vocals
- Strong understanding of music theory, sight-reading, and ear training
- Ability to teach students across different age groups and skill levels
- Proficiency in Western vocal techniques (Classical, Contemporary, or both)
- Trinity College London, ABRSM, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured one-on-one and group classes in Piano and Western Vocals
- Create lesson plans aligned with student goals and grading frameworks
- Participate in recitals, assessments, workshops, and school events
