Build trust by translating their business goals and abstract ideas into concrete design strategies.\nRequirement Gathering: Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and user research to uncover deep insights and define project scopes.\nSolution Architecture: Analyze complex problems and propose intuitive, scalable, and best-in-class UI/UX solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility.\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback, setting design standards, and managing their deliverables to ensure high-quality output from the team.\nEnd-to-End Design: Create high-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.\nPitching & Presentation: Confidently present design concepts to stakeholders and C-suite executives, articulating the reasoning behind your design decisions.\nCollaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Development teams to ensure design integrity is maintained during implementation.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For Experience: 3-5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and your specific design process.\nClient-Facing Prowess: Proven experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
