The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of events while delivering exceptional guest experience and maintaining operational excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan, coordinate, and execute banquet events including weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings\nUnderstand client requirements and ensure all expectations are met or exceeded\nManage banquet staff (servers, stewards, setup teams) and ensure high service standards\nPrepare event timelines, layouts, and floor plans for smooth execution\nCoordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery and quality service\nSupervise event setup and breakdown as per client specifications and company standards\nMonitor inventory of banquet supplies, equipment, and linens; coordinate for replenishment\nEnsure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards\nHandle on-ground issues during events efficiently and professionally\nImplement best practices to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business\nRequirements:\nProven experience in banquet/event management (Hotel, Resort, or Banquet setup preferred)\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nExcellent communication and client-handling abilities\nGood organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\nKnowledge of banquet operations (setup, service, breakdown)\nUnderstanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards\nBachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field\nFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.\n\nInterested candidates please share your updated resume on
