Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Software Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with GPT-4
- Good exposure to AI/ML
- Strong understanding of LLM Architectures
- Hands-on experience in RAG Systems
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Proven experience in Generative AI
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / OpenAI APIs
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI
- Experience with vector databases , embeddings, semantic search, and AI orchestration
- Knowledge of cloud architecture , APIs, microservices, and container platforms
- Exposure to AI governance, security, observability, and deployment frameworks
Experience
- 12+ years overall IT experience
- Recent hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM / RAG architecture is mandatory
Preferred Profile
- Candidate should have strong architecture experience with the ability to lead solution design discussions with stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable working across business, engineering, and cloud teams.
- Enterprise AI transformation experience will be preferred.
