• Platform Leader:

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Platform Lead with 20+ years of overall IT experience, including 15+ years in Microsoft technologies, to lead enterprise-scale delivery, governance, and innovation.

This role demands a seasoned leader who can drive multi-program delivery, define platform strategy, and spearhead AI-first and agentic automation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities1. Platform Strategy & Governance

• Define and own the enterprise Power Platform strategy and roadmap
• Establish and lead Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance frameworks
• Drive secure, scalable, and compliant platform adoption
• Define standards for ALM, environment strategy, and DevOps

2. Enterprise Delivery Leadership

• Lead large-scale, multi-track Power Platform programs
• Oversee multiple delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
• Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timelines, and cost
• Manage senior stakeholders, including CXO-level interactions

3. Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Provide enterprise architecture oversight across:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Define integration strategies with Azure, APIs, legacy, and SaaS systems
• Build reusable enterprise frameworks and accelerators

4. AI, Copilot & Agentic Automation

• Drive enterprise adoption of:
• AI Builder (document intelligence, prediction models)
• Copilot Studio (enterprise copilots, conversational AI)
• Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Lead design of agentic workflows and autonomous systems:
• Event-driven orchestration
• Decision intelligence systems
• Human-in-the-loop + autonomous execution models
• Integrate with Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services

5. Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing Power Platform teams
• Drive AI and low-code capability transformation
• Establish architecture review boards and coding standards
• Build internal IP, accelerators, and reusable assets

6. Stakeholder & Business Alignment

• Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT leadership
• Align platform initiatives with enterprise transformation goals
• Drive measurable business outcomes and ROI

Power Platform Senior Dev

Experience: 8+ years

Location: India (Hybrid)

Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Engagement: PERM

Start Date: On or before 1st May

Role Summary

The Power Platform Tech Lead will provide technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, AI prompts, and Copilot Studio. This role owns solution design, technical governance, and delivery quality while mentoring developers and coordinating with onshore stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design for enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions

Own end-to-end delivery across Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), AI Builder, and Copilot Studio

Define standards, best practices, ALM, and security/governance models

Design AI-driven use cases using AI Builder, prompts, and Copilot Studio

Review designs, code, and automations to ensure scalability and performance

Guide developers, resolve technical blockers, and manage technical risks

Collaborate with business and onshore teams during overlap hours (US time)

Support deployment, monitoring, and post-release stabilization

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years overall experience with strong hands-on Power Platform leadership

Expert-level Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

Strong Power Automate experience (Cloud flows & Desktop/RPA)

Hands-on experience with AI Builder models and AI prompt engineering

Experience building copilots using Copilot Studio

Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, security, and ALM

Experience working in hybrid/onshore–offshore delivery models

Power Platform Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: India (Hybrid)

Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Engagement: Contract (6–8 months)

Role Summary

The Power Platform Developer will build and enhance business applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, AI prompts, and Copilot Studio under the guidance of the Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) based on requirements

Build and maintain Power Automate Cloud flows and Desktop automations

Implement AI Builder models for document processing, predictions, or classification

Create and refine AI prompts and copilots using Copilot Studio

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse and external systems

Participate in testing, bug fixing, deployments, and production support

Follow coding standards, governance guidelines, and security practices

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience

Strong Power Apps development skills

Solid Power Automate (Cloud flows; Desktop/RPA preferred)

Working knowledge of AI Builder and prompt-based AI solutions

Exposure to Copilot Studio

Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and role-based security

Comfortable working in hybrid teams and late-shift timings
