IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED!\n\nExperience : 9 - 12 years\nRole Overview\nCodem is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, and support of core SAP Finance processes on SAP S/4HANA (latest versions) . The role involves end-to-end implementation, integration, and production support across Finance and Controlling, with a strong focus on business process alignment and SAP Fiori based execution.\nKey Responsibilities SAP Finance Configuration & Implementation\nDesign, configure, and support core SAP S/4HANA FI & CO components, including:\nGeneral Ledger (New GL)\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nAsset Accounting (AA)\nBank Accounting & Cash Management\nDocument Splitting and Parallel Ledgers\nConfigure and manage Automatic Payment Program (F110) and bank communication interfaces.\nImplement and support Tax configurations , including:\nIndirect Taxes\nWithholding Tax\nVAT / TDS\nIntegration & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nLead and support FI integrations with MM, SD, and CO modules.\nWork closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial processes.\nSAP Fiori & S/4HANA Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience working with SAP Fiori applications related to FI and CO.\nSupport adoption of S/4HANA best practices and Fiori-based user workflows.\nSupport & Operations\nProvide daily operational and production support :\nAnalyze incidents and issues\nPropose and implement configuration changes\nEnsure system stability and data integrity\nProject Delivery & Governance\nParticipate in and lead new business initiatives , including:\nRequirement gathering and business process mapping\nConfiguration documentation and SOP creation\nFunctional specification preparation\nUnit testing, UAT support, and go-live execution\nEnsure adherence to Codems delivery, documentation, and quality standards.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n9-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO , with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA\nDeep functional knowledge of FI components: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Taxes\nStrong understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and Universal Journal concepts\nExperience with parallel ledgers, document splitting, and financial close processes\nProven experience supporting production systems and handling critical incidents\nExcellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation\nExperience in end-to-end implementations and rollouts\nNice to Have\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades or ECC-to-S/4 migrations\nExposure to SAP Central Finance or advanced financial reporting\nPrior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
