Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include sourcing high-quality raw materials, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, tracking market trends to optimize cost efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and market conditions
- Experience in Procurement and Contract Management
- Ability to maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the organic products industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience of 3-5 years in procurement or a related role is advantageous
