Job Description
Role - SAP-SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.
Required Technical Skill Set - SAP-SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.
Desired Experience Range - 4-5 Years
Location of Requirement- Noida, India
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency )
Must-Have**
- Engage with Key stakeholders and translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off in compliance with the best practices.
- Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.
- Manage own workload of ‘HR tickets’ (incidents and service requests) ensuring that they are effectively managed in accordance with defined operating procedures and agreed SLAs.
- Support the deployment of half yearly SuccessFactors release and mandatory system changes.
- Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, Data Models configurations, Workflows, RBP, Business rules, Position management, MDF objects, Platform and configuration of provisioning .
- Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
- Work closely with Data ops team to ensure Data is maintained in the system to the highest standard and identify any process or training gaps.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
- Good to have experience in creating reports, Integration Centre.
- Knowledge in integration of Employee Central with and Recruitment Onboarding and external job portals will be an added advantage.

- IDOCs
- SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.
- At least one end to end implementation.
- Integration with SF talent modules is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Good knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation. Experience working with SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
- Knowledge of the current SuccessFactors version is required.
- Attention to detail to ensure right resolution of the query.
- Problem solving skills within an HR Administrative environment.
- Good Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn and develop troubleshooting and customer service skills.
