Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders
- Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management
- Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution is beneficial
- Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SAP
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Environment:
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
- Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
