We’re Hiring: Risk & Compliance\nLocation: Chennai\n\nWe are seeking an experienced professional in Risk & Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization’s risk management and compliance framework in line with UK regulatory requirements.\n\nLead the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate key risks across operational, financial, and regulatory areas\nEnsure adherence to UK regulatory requirements (including FCA guidelines)\nManage compliance monitoring programs and support audit activities\nMaintain risk registers, KRIs, and mitigation plans\nStrengthen governance frameworks and support board-level reporting\nCollaborate with business, legal, audit, and senior leadership stakeholders\nFoster a strong risk-aware culture across the organization\nLead and mentor a team of risk and compliance professionals\n\n'05; What We’re Looking For\n8–12+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit\nStrong experience within Financial Services / BFSI domain\nMandatory experience in UK Life & Pensions domain\nHands-on expertise with ERM frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)\nGood understanding of UK regulatory landscape (FCA preferred)\nProven experience in risk assessment, governance, and compliance reporting\nAbility to drive risk transformation or change initiatives\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nWhy Join Us?\nOpportunity to work on end-to-end risk and compliance transformation\nExposure to global regulatory frameworks and senior leadership\nHigh-impact role with visibility across the organization
