Role Overview

Denave is looking for Growth Marketing Manager/ AI-led GTM Manager to build and optimize AI-led automated demand generation programs, AI-powered workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Demand Generation/ABM Strategy

  • Build and execute AI-enabled ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
  • Own end-to-end lead generation strategy to drive qualified MQLs, SQLs and pipeline growth.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize audience targeting, segmentation, content personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Create scalable inbound, outbound, ABM, and partner-led demand generation programs.


Marketing Automation & Workflow Orchestration

  • Develop personalized account journeys based on industry, buying stage, and engagement behavior.
  • Design and manage advanced automation workflows using n8n and other AI-powered platforms while creating automated email sequences and engagement journeys.
  • Develop AI-powered lead nurturing journeys based on behavioral and intent signals.
  • Automate lead routing, qualification, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Work closely with SDR and Sales teams to improve lead acceptance rates and opportunity conversion


Preferred Background

  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude / GPT) for use cases such as ICP mapping, account intelligence, and outreach generation .
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / Tech marketing, especially in growth or demand generation roles.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, ABM, and funnel management (MQL → SQL → pipeline).
  • Experience designing AI-driven multi-agent GTM workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms ..
  • Ability to run email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign workflows end-to-end.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools in marketing for segmentation, personalization, and optimization.
