2Support and Maintenance of Servers in Linux Platform

3Hands on experience in applicationweb servers version upgrades and migrations

4Technical abilities and administration skills like installations configurations trouble shooting and deploying applications

5Experience in configuring WebSphereTomcat servers in a cluster solution for high availability load balancing and fail over support

6Implementation and Support of JDBC connectivity to different data base layers

7Experience in integration of Application servers WebSphere Tomcat and Webservers Apache IHS

8Certificate Installations and Renewals

9JMS integration with WASND

10SSO policy creations and web agent installations and configurations

11Good communication and trouble shooting skills

12Good hands on in UnixLinux commands for Web administration

13Good understanding of Load balancers VIP WIP

14Connect Direct NDM knowledge is an added advantage
