Experience: 2–3 years in Affiliate marketing
Trackwin Media is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to onboard, manage, and scale affiliate marketing campaigns across Domestic and International markets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of web and mobile platforms, affiliate marketing concepts, campaign analytics, and performance models like CPL, CPA and CPS.
This role requires expertise in campaign optimization, affiliate and publisher management, lead quality improvement, client relationship handling, and performance tracking. The candidate should be skilled in identifying growth opportunities, providing tailored marketing solutions, and using tracking platforms to maximize campaign success and profitability.
About This Role:
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing terminologies and industry concepts
• Ability to research affiliate campaigns and perform competitive market analysis
• Capability to provide customized solutions based on client marketing goals
• Understanding of campaign performance metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, and lead quality
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile tracking platforms like HasOffers, Trackier, and Affise
• In-depth knowledge of CPA, CPL, and CPS models with strong campaign optimization skills
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in the Affiliate Marketing industry
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing models and performance strategies
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
