As part of our growing digital and software capability, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for web applications, mobile applications, internal platforms, and customer-facing products.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing web applications, mobile apps, prototypes, wireframes, user journeys, and interactive digital experiences . The ideal candidate should combine creative thinking with practical design execution and should be comfortable working closely with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.\nThis role requires someone who can understand user needs, translate business requirements into elegant design solutions, and create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that improve usability and customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign intuitive and modern user interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, portals, and enterprise platforms .\nCreate wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs .\nConvert business requirements and product ideas into clear, user-friendly design concepts.\nWork closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.\nDevelop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys, product flows, and application behaviour.\nConduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability reviews to improve product experience.\nEnsure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and modern UI/UX best practices.\nCreate and maintain design systems, UI components, reusable templates, and visual standards.\nCollaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.\nReview developed screens and provide feedback to ensure design quality and consistency.\nBring creative thinking to product design, user experience improvements, and digital innovation initiatives.\nSupport product presentations, demos, client proposals, and internal product documentation where required.\nStay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobile design patterns, design tools, and emerging technologies.\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications .\nGood understanding of user-centred design principles , usability, accessibility, and responsive design.\nHands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools .\nAbility to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity screens .\nStrong visual design skills, including layout, typography, colour theory, spacing, icons, and component design.\nUnderstanding of web and mobile design standards for Android, iOS, and responsive web applications.\nAbility to think creatively and solve design problems with practical, user-friendly solutions.\nGood communication skills to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical teams.\nBasic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, or Angular will be an advantage.\nExperience working in Agile or product development environments is preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.\nCertification or portfolio-based training in UI/UX design will be an advantage.\nA strong design portfolio showcasing web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, prototypes, or product design work.\nExperience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, IT service portals, field service apps, or customer dashboards is a plus.\n\n#teceze #itservices
