Job Title: Guest Relations Executive / Supervisor / Manager – Wellness Outlet (Spa)

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive / Supervisor / Manager to represent our wellness outlet (managed by us) inside The Ummed hotel in Ahmedabad. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel environment.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Sales

%CF; Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth

%CF; Introduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offers

%CF; Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building

%CF; Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences

%CF; Maintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions


Revenue Generation & Promotions

%CF; Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targets

%CF; Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall

%CF; Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns

%CF; Capture guest interest efficiently


Guest Experience & Brand Representation

%CF; Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience at all times

%CF; Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet

%CF; Address basic guest queries and escalate concerns to the Outlet Manager when required

%CF; Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards


Operational Support

%CF; Coordinate with therapists and beauticians to ensure smooth guest flow

%CF; Support appointment scheduling and service readiness

%CF; Follow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene


Desired Profile

%CF; Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with strangers

%CF; Sales-driven mindset; experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferred

%CF; Comfortable approaching guests and actively promoting services

%CF; Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

%CF; Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

%CF; Responsible, disciplined, and dependable
