We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive / MIS Analyst to manage Quick Commerce operations, sales reporting, inventory tracking, and business data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, monitoring operational KPIs, coordinating with Quick Commerce partners, and supporting decision-making through data insights.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Quick Commerce channels such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.

• Track sales, inventory, stock ageing, fill rates, and order fulfillment metrics.

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and ensure timely replenishment.

• Reconcile sales, returns, damages, and claims with channel partners.

• Prepare business performance dashboards and management reports.

• Analyze sell-out trends and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with operations, finance, supply chain, and marketplace teams for data accuracy.

• Maintain master data including SKU mapping, pricing, and product information.

• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.

• Track marketing spends, promotions, and campaign performance across Quick Commerce platforms.

• Automate reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, operations, or marketplace management.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.

• Experience in managing large datasets and preparing business reports.

• Understanding of Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail Operations, or FMCG distribution.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.

• Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or other Quick Commerce platforms.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other reporting tools.

• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

• Basic SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.

• Inventory availability and stock health.

• Claim reconciliation and recovery.

• Fill Rate and Service Level performance.
