Job Description :

• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, or other relevant privacy laws.

• Strong ability to communicate technical and legal requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

• High level of accuracy in auditing and documentation.

• Commonly, certifications like CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) or CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) are preferred

• Compliance: Identify new projects requiring privacy review. Experience with developing, implementing, and maintaining data privacy policies and frameworks. Ensure Data privacy checks are maintained as per SOPs

• Risk Management: Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) or Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate risks. Send standardized privacy questionnaires to key stakeholders. Identify Risks, if any and escalate

• Monitoring & Auditing: Experience in conducting security audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements

• Interaction with Business users & Ensuring data privacy compliance
