HCL Technologies | Walk-In Hiring | LOAN ADMIN\n\nDepartment: Lending Operations / Loan Administration\n\nJob Summary:\nThe Loan Servicing Analyst is responsible for processing and supporting end‑to‑end loan servicing activities across Bilateral, Participation, and UKPLC loan products. The role involves accurate transaction processing, reconciliation, servicing of complex loan structures, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, SLAs, and audit requirements. The incumbent will work closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of month‑end and quarter‑end activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess daily loan servicing activities for Bilateral, Participation, and UKPLC loans with a high degree of accuracy in line with established SOPs.\nPerform data entry, validation, and reconciliation of loan transactions, ensuring all system records are accurate and complete.\nManage complex loan facility structures , including:\nLIBOR / NCCR (risk‑free rates) linked loans\nPIK (Payment‑in‑Kind) interest components\nFees, Letters of Credit (LOCs), Guarantees, and Bonds\nHandle drawdowns, repayments, rate resets, interest calculations, accruals, and reconciliations throughout the loan lifecycle.\nConduct basic quality checks , promptly identify discrepancies, and escalate issues in accordance with escalation protocols.\nEnsure timely completion of tasks within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational timelines.\nSupport month‑end and quarter‑end close activities , including reconciliations, reporting, and control checks.\nCollaborate with team leads and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.\nMaintain strict adherence to process guidelines, data security policies, and audit/compliance requirements .\nManage and respond to mailbox queries with clear, professional, and timely communication.\nParticipate in knowledge sharing , team huddles, refresher trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2–6 years of experience in loan servicing, loan operations, or banking operations (experience level can be adjusted).\nPrior experience handling commercial loans, syndicated loans, or structured lending products is preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of loan servicing processes and loan lifecycle management\nKnowledge of LIBOR / RFR transitions (SOFR, NCCR, etc.)\nExperience with interest calculations, reconciliations, and control checks\nProficiency in loan servicing systems and MS Excel.\n\nWalk-In Details\nDates: 22-May-2026\n⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 03:00 PM\nInterview Venue: HCL Technologies Ltd ETA 1, No.33, Sandhya Infocity, OMR Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Navalur Chennai.\n\n“Immediate joiners and candidates with up to 30 days’ notice are preferred.”\n\nHR Contacts:\nSanjay\n\nNote:\n'14; Carry Updated Resume\n'14; Immediate Joiners Preferred\nInterested candidates can walk-in directly during the mentioned dates & time.
