This is a full-time, on-site Vice President role based in Ahmedabad. The Vice President will lead strategic planning, drive business development initiatives, and oversee operations to optimize organizational performance. Responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring operational excellence, setting and achieving financial goals, and championing innovation in thermal packaging solutions. The Vice President will also mentor and guide management teams to foster leadership development and an inclusive collaborative culture.

• Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop strategy, and drive organizational growth
• Business Development and Strategy: Expertise in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and creating data-driven growth strategies
• Operations Management: Experience in streamlining processes, operational efficiency, and achieving targets in a manufacturing or supply chain setting
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the cold chain, packaging, or related industries; prior experience in pharma, logistics, or FMCG sectors is a plus
• Communication and Relationship Building: Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and establishing long-term partnerships
• Educational Background: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Problem Solving and Innovation: Proven ability to address complex challenges with creative and effective solutions
