Senior Data Analyst – Power BI & MIS

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive business insights through Power BI dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analytics. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to improve reporting accuracy, data visibility, and platform data hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and MIS reports
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights
- Develop reporting frameworks and track key business metrics
- Work with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams on reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to improve data quality and platform data hygiene
- Identify reporting gaps and drive reporting automation
- Support business decision-making through analytics and reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, MIS, or Reporting
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Experience in dashboard development, business reporting, and data visualization
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
