Job Description
Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Contracts & Procurement (C&P) for one of premium Real Estate Client.
📍 Location: Bangalore
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech - Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
We are looking for Contracts & Procurement professionals with 4–12+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end procurement and contract management for residential projects
• Vendor development, sourcing, tendering (RFQ/RFP), and commercial negotiations
• Cost optimization, e-bidding, and contract administration
• Management of work orders, variations, claims, and contract closures
• Coordination with Project, Finance, Legal, and Site teams
• Vendor compliance, audits, MIS reporting, and procurement governance
Preferred Experience:
• Residential Real Estate / Construction industry
• Procurement of construction packages, materials, and services
• Strong exposure to contracts, commercial management, and vendor management
Candidates with relevant residential real estate procurement experience may be considered for Assistant Manager or Manager level based on experience and fit.
