AffEx Healthcare is transforming how India detects and manages chronic disease, combining AI-powered diagnostics, deep tech platforms, and community health infrastructure to reach populations that have never been reached before. We're not looking for a manager. We're looking for a builder.

What you'll own
- Build the business: P&L, partnerships, go-to-market
- Drive AI & Deep Tech deployment at the frontlines of Indian healthcare
- Scale into growth segments - government, corporate, NGOs, home- essentially, where an Indian needs early detection and monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Represent AffEx to investors, policymakers, and the public.
You are:

'05; As comfortable in a village PHC as in a boardroom
'05; Commercially sharp: you understand how money moves in healthcare
'05; Intellectually fearless about AI, regulation, and scale
'05; Driven by mission, not just ambition
What you bring:
- MBA from a reputed institution (essential)
- Demonstrated business-building track record (essential)
- 8-10 years in experience in the business development function. Healthcare experience will be preferred.
- Experience with government/institutional partnerships
- Comfort with AI/Deep Tech products
