Job Description
About HireQuotient
HireQuotient is the AI-Native Recruitment OS — transforming hiring from a System of Record to a System of Intelligence. Our AI agents automate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referencing end to end, so recruiting teams focus only on decisions that require human judgment.
Trusted by 100+ companies across the US, with clients ranging from BCG and Accenture to high-growth startups across healthcare, finance, and technology.
Founded by Smarthveer Sidana, Forbes 30 Under 30, BCG alumnus, and IIT Delhi alumnus. Advised by Jim Moffatt, former Global CEO of Deloitte.
What You Will Do
You will design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn, build high-quality lead lists, and craft outreach that gets responses from senior HR and C-suite decision makers across the US. You will research target accounts and personas, monitor market trends, and keep the CRM sharp and current. You will run A/B tests across messaging and sequences, analyse what is working and scale it, cut what is not, and bring new channel ideas with a clear rationale behind them.
What We Are Looking For
0 to 3 years of experience — freshers are encouraged to apply. You have strong research and analytical skills, pay close attention to detail, and take ownership of outcomes. You enjoy uncovering insights, finding the right prospects, and building structured datasets that drive business growth.
You are curious about AI, B2B SaaS, and go-to-market strategies, and can quickly adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, or CRM platforms is a plus, but not required. Prior exposure to lead generation, market research, prospecting, or B2B sales will be advantageous.
What You Will Get
Competitive salary benchmarked to early career roles in high-growth startups, performance-linked incentives, direct mentorship from the founding team, and a fast-track to expanded responsibility based on how you perform.
