Sr. Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Associate to join our firm.

This role is designed for a versatile professional capable of managing a client’s

entire lifecycle—from the initial incorporation of a Private Limited Company to

comprehensive annual compliance and strategic tax filing.

Key Responsibilities

•

Corporate Secretarial: End-to-end handling of Private Limited Company incorporation,

ROC filings, and maintenance of statutory registers.

•

Audit & Assurance: Leading Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits for

various business entities; ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.

•

Direct Taxation: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and

corporates; managing TDS compliances and appearing for assessments.

•

Indirect Taxation: Overseeing GST registrations, monthly/annual returns (GSTR-1, 3B,

9 & 9C), and handling GST refund processes or litigations.

•

Financial Reporting: Finalization of Financial Statements, including Balance Sheets,

P&L accounts, and Cash Flow statements as per Schedule III.

•

Compliances: Ensuring timely filing of all other regulatory forms and providing advisory

on startup valuations or company restructuring.

Candidate Qualifications

•

Chartered Accountant (Qualified) or Semi-Qualified with significant experience.

•

3-5 years of post-qualification or post-articleship experience in a CA firm.

•

In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST Laws.

•

Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

•

Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines independently.
