(Preferred: General HR & recruitment experience)

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles: 

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle recruitment for various company positions
• Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews

2. Employee Onboarding

• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
• Coordinate induction and onboarding activities

3. HR Operations

• Maintain attendance and employee records
• Support day-to-day HR and office coordination activities

4. Employee Engagement

• Maintain positive employee relations and work culture
• Organize employee engagement initiatives when required

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
• Maintain communication with candidates and employees

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain HR reports and recruitment trackers
• Ensure proper employee data management

Qualification: 

• MBA HR / BBA / Graduate in relevant field
• HR-related certification - Preferred
