Profile: Sales Head-Solar EPC-Surat-9.6 LPA

Experience:

• 5-8+ years in B2C sales
• Minimum 2-3 years in a team handling role
• Experience in Residential Solar Sales, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Home Automation, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Direct Sales preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field sales teams

Salary Range: 70K to 80K

Roles:

• Lead and manage end-to-end sales for residential rooftop solar projects
• Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team
• Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, referrals, housing societies, channel partners, and local marketing campaigns
• Expand market presence in residential areas and identify new growth opportunities
• Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and sales performance metrics
• Guide customers on solar solutions, electricity savings, ROI, financing options, and government subsidies
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referral business
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
• Strong background in B2C Sales and Team Management
• Knowledge of residential solar solutions and renewable energy industry preferred
