Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive conversion, average bill value, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans.
- Identify local business opportunities to increase store revenue.
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Create a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and productivity.
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
4. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
- Monitor stock availability and replenishment.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
5. Inventory & Shrinkage Control
- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory health.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
- Minimize shrinkage, damages, and losses.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Ensure statutory and audit compliance requirements are met.
7. Financial Management
- Manage store expenses within approved budgets.
- Ensure cash handling accuracy and banking compliance.
- Monitor store profitability and cost controls.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
